Orders are confirmed within **1–3 business days** after payment.  
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an automatic email confirmation.

#### 🚚 Estimated delivery times
Shipping times depend on your country and local customs processing.

- **United Kingdom:** typically **7–12 business days**  
- **Europe:** **8–14 business days**  
- **Rest of World:** **10–18 business days**

We currently offer **free shipping** on all orders.  
This allows us to keep pricing simple and transparent for our customers.  

#### 📦 Tracking information
Once your package leaves our warehouse, a tracking link will be sent automatically to your email (if available).  
Tracking updates may take a few days to appear after dispatch.

#### 🏠 Incorrect address
Please ensure your address is entered correctly at checkout.  
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for reshipping costs.
