If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

#### 🕒 Eligibility for returns
- Requests for refunds or replacements must be made within **30 days** of delivery.  
- The item must be **unused**, in its **original packaging**, and include all accessories.  
- We cannot accept returns for items that have been used or damaged after delivery.

#### 📦 How to request a return or refund
If you’d like to request a return, replacement, or refund, please contact us through our **Contact page** with your order number and a short explanation of the issue.  
Our support team will review your request and provide the best solution.

#### 💰 Refunds
If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method.  
You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued.

#### ⚠️ Damaged or defective items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within **48 hours of delivery** with a photo or short video showing the issue.  
We’ll be happy to send a **free replacement** or provide a refund.

#### 🚫 Non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Products damaged by misuse or mishandling  
- Items returned without prior approval  
- Orders placed more than 30 days ago
